The roles and responsibilities of the position are as below.

Role and Responsibility

  • Managing client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and issues 

  • Reviewing project proposals to ensure that clients’ needs are met and understand the scope of work that will be completed

  • Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within an organization

  • Preparing reports detailing progress made on projects or outcomes of specific tasks within a project

  • Coordinating with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables

  • Overseeing all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets

Required Skills
& Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • A high level of proficiency in English is a must 

  • Strong understanding of corporate work processes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Prior experience in project management is a plus 

  • Being able to work on projects in different time zones

Work Setting

  • Work from home

  • Frequent travel to various Asian courtiers may require
