The roles and responsibilities of the position are as below.
Role and Responsibility

Managing client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and issues

Reviewing project proposals to ensure that clients’ needs are met and understand the scope of work that will be completed

Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within an organization
-
Preparing reports detailing progress made on projects or outcomes of specific tasks within a project
-
Coordinating with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables
-
Overseeing all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets
Required Skills
& Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
-
A high level of proficiency in English is a must

Strong understanding of corporate work processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
-
Prior experience in project management is a plus
-
Being able to work on projects in different time zones
