Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, and have a keen eye for detail. This role requires the ability to manage various tasks remotely, including recording meeting minutes, managing schedules, and coordinating communications.

Role and Responsibility

  • Meeting Coordination and Documentation:

  1. Schedule and organize virtual meetings.

  2. Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings accurately and promptly.

  3. Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.

  • Administrative Support:

  1. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.

  3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Communication Management:

  1. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

  2. Facilitate smooth communication by relaying information promptly and accurately.

  • Task Management:

  1. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

  2. Maintain and organize digital files and documents.

  3. Perform data entry and database management tasks.

Project
Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
